Today's guest is Jarek Szymanski who originally hails from Poland. Jarek is a pioneering legend within Chinese martial arts, particularly within the styles of Xinyi and Xingyi Quan, Bagua Zhang and Taiji Quan, as he was one of the early westerners to come into the heart of China and study these at a time when the reality of the martial arts environment in the northern part of china was relatively unknown to the outside world. He started website "China From Inside" which was a groundbreaking source of information in the west on these arts. Jarek was a student of the late and great Xinyi Quan master Li Zunsi as well.  He has lived in China since 1990 and been deeply involved in the research and practice of Chinese martial arts.
