The Drunken Boxing Podcast #032  Todays podcast features Richard Amos. He is a highly respected and skilled teacher of the art of Karate who has an incredibly interesting life story. I became aware of Richard Amos and his story through a book he wrote and published in 2020 titled - "Chasing Bushido – How I Learnt to Just Say Oss". This book, which is a memoir, recollects Richard Amos’ life in Karate and his ten years of training in Japan at the headquarters of the Japanese Karate Association where he went on to become the first European graduate of its intense instructors course. He was the 2nd westerner to complete this course in the organizations history.
