🎬 The Edgeheads will return with another round of unfiltered satire, next Thursday. This time for real. Now we’re kicking off with a Not-So-Cold Open about Vegas traffic cones rising again for the Formula 1 circus. From there, Gregg steers us into the E.S.B.’s road-rage blues anthem Cone Man, and Lance delivers a Hollywood Minute and a Half that mixes sharp gossip with a heartfelt nod to Robert Redford’s legacy. Stu drops in with Headline News, A Royal celebration? Paula wrestles with the insanity.
But that’s not all. This episode bottles pure chaos with Instagram Plastic Wannabe and the biting punk anthem The Roaring Twenties, blending live-wire comedy with E.S.B.’s musical mayhem. Add in the Letter of the Day, a fresh Political Pause, and a surprise appearance from the Parasonic Transducer, and you’ve got 27 minutes of satire, absurdity, and sideways wisdom only The Edgeheads could deliver.
🌴 We’ll be back next Thursday, July 23rd. Until then, from the Vault: The Edgeheads examine the underbelly of summer travel, emotional support loopholes, and the danger of mixing HR with Coldplay. Nicky rants about a grocery store incident involving three Yorkshire terrors, the Tribunal bans a Cabinet member for confusing Medicaid with free farm labor, and Gregg delivers a dramatic reading of real hotel reviews that smell like pickles and despair. Meanwhile, Lance reports on an extramarital kiss-cam scandal that has corporate America gagged.
Plus: Stephen Hawking returns via the Parasonic Transducer to assess Earth’s asteroid risk—and the crew shares their personal life quotes, just in case it all ends tomorrow. Also featuring a Political Pause aimed at well, you know.
😤 We’re taking a short breather. We’ll be back soon. Until then, from the Vault: Gregg tries to bring peace and calm to the chaos with a group anger management session. Breathing, visualization, counting to ten, you name it, he tries it. The result? The quietest screaming match you’ll ever hear.
From Lance’s couture mantras to Nicky’s cologne denial, from Delores redefining “positive expression” to Sam roasting marshmallows on his mental meadow, it’s Anti Anger Management, Edgeheads style. Spoiler: serenity does not survive the hour.
Something goes wrong. Apparently Nicky didn’t follow his own safety tips.
Randy’s finger has a rocket ship bandage on it. It’s a cartoon, not Space X. It involves pliers, a piccolo, and a theory about performance enhancement that Nicky stands behind completely. Don’t go there. Sam did.
Uncle Nicky’s 4th of July Safety Tips returns with new tips for the new year, covering fireworks, parties, and pet safety.
Stu Pidasle has the news from the National Mall celebration, where the crowd was confirmed by multiple outlets. An additional item from the festivities requires three attempts to read aloud. SAM attempts to save the day.
Something is wrong with the reflecting pool. Again. It’s been painted, filled, turned green, drained, driven on, refilled, and is now being blamed for something horrible. Stu has the report.
The crew convenes for a beta feedback session on The Edgeheads App. It’s one part product review, one part feature wish list, and one part medical testimonial. SAM has concerns. Nicky has a request and Paula has a 2 word testimonial.
The World Cup is happening. Messi has eighteen goals. Ronaldo has six tournaments. SAM has the United States at plus thirty-three hundred and no regrets. Lance has not yet committed, pending a final uniform review. Delores has had France since March.
It’s the last Thursday of Pride Month.
Randy is in the house! He takes the news of VGK falling short of winning the cup like a champ and, of course, keeps it positive. We bring out the Parasonic Transducer to communicate with the other side and get a very big surprise. So many questions and not enough time.
Sam & Fish take their approach to social media very openly and seriously, and who are we to judge? We’re The Edgeheads, that’s who. Don’t try to help if help isn’t wanted. It might be needed, but that’s not the point. And, how do you measure a friendship? Sam has ideas and it’s not what you think. Or is it?
Someone in Gregg’s neighborhood has a cat. The cat has a routine. The routine involves Gregg’s front yard. It’s not looking good.
Also this week, Nicky shows up with a black eye and a story he absolutely does not want to tell. SAM needs to protect himself. The cast gets one paragraph to introduce themselves in The Edgeheads app. Happy hour was involved. It shows. And Stephen Colbert did his last show. Gregg has thoughts. Nicky has questions. Randy is a scene stealer.
The Edgeheads are back and begging for trouble.
SAM and Lance were involved in a weekend home improvement project that nobody authorized. Spoiler alert, Karen loved it.
Stu covers the continuing collapse of CBS News with complete confidence and catastrophic inaccuracy. Lance has obtained a transcript of the infamous staff meeting, and that means it’s time for Edgeheads Theater. Lance returns with the Hollywood Minute and a Half. He covers the Summer Movie previews from Spielberg to Skeletor.
Plus, Did you know backing in is a thing? Catch it on Gregg’s 60 second Soapbox. New episodes every Thursday.
Season 2 kicks off with a bang, and a bill. After a mysterious delay (thanks, Nicky), the crew is back in the studio with unfinished business, unpaid invoices, and a chemical emergency in Southern California that somehow involves a 23-year-old pyramid scheme and industrial tanks.
SAM has paperwork. Nicky has excuses. The Tribunal has a gavel and a very long list. Lance has opinions about wigs, Stu has news, and a business opportunity nobody asked for.
Welcome back. It only gets better from here.
They are back! But they never really went away.
Season 2 of The Edgeheads launches Thursday, May 21st. Based on available evidence, the Sphere is sending messages to aliens about Greenland. Question everyone. Nobody in the booth can be trusted, and Nicky has it on excellent authority.
New episodes every Thursday.
