The modern day mental-health crisis is horrific, and it the impact it has had on men is unspeakable. For so long, it was frowned upon for men to speak up about their mental and emotional needs, which created a pattern of their mental health not receiving the help it needed. JT has graciously joined us to not only talk about this issue, but show how he has turned his trauma into art. JT shares his pain with his audience not only as a therapeutic outlet for himself, but to show other young men around the world that it is simply okay to not always be okay.
