I hope you got a lot of value out of my experience with health care in Panama this past week. Even as I write this, I am still not back to 100%, but I really wanted to share this with you to drive home how important it is to have access to affordable health care, no matter where you are in the world. 

Aside from that, my experience really demonstrates the value of a support network. I am so grateful to have been surrounded by family, hired help, and friends in the community who I could count on while I was out of commission.
