What the HELL just happened? With Betty on other sporting duties, Greg and Christian try to make sense of the Melbourne mayhem.
From red flags and listener questions, to fireballs, drunken listener voice notes and a review from our Melbourne correspondent they cover some serious ground.

This week Greg, Christian and Betty look ahead to the third race of the season in Australia with listener questions, some pretty bold predictions and Team Principle James keeps his drivers in check with an Australian geography lesson from new friends of the show F1,2,3,4.
Along the way Betty plots to get her F1 simulator revenge, Christian is beaten (!!) by some teen Formula One fans and there's serious office chair delivery drama, obviously.

Christian and Betty head to Williams HQ to spend the day with co-host Logan Sargeant.
As well as answering listener questions and reliving his first moments as an F1 driver, Logan sets up a Fast And The Curious challenge on the Williams sim to let Christian and Betty really get to know the Australian grand prix circuit before the third race of the season.
There's also a surprise lined up for Logan in the form of the UK's best burger chef following the frankly worrying amount of messages we had sent in after the American driver claimed to be struggling to find a decent burger in England on episode one of the podcast.

Following the Saudi grand prix, Betty, Greg and Christian have a debrief of the second race of the season to make sense of the action and cover breaking Formula One news.
They discuss Red Bull dominance, how the dark arts* of Formula One could stop them storming the championship and cover the news of Fernando Alonso losing his place on the podium.
We'll be back soon with a full episode including a catch-up with one of our Fast And The Curious co-hosts Logan Sargeant to pick his brains on the season so far and go through some of your questions.

As we head into race week two we hear from Alex Albon about how the Williams camp can make the most us picking up a point in Bahrain. There's also of *course* time for Betty and Christian to discuss Alex having THIRTEEN cats, how his professional golf playing thinks he's "uncoachable" on the course and the potential for George Russell's topless picture franchise.
Team Principal Greg is back with a "game" (we use that term lightly) to test Christian's knowledge, we go through some listener questions and Betty makes some incredible admissions about her driving skills as the team look to set up a Fast and Curious team race.

A bumper crop for you this time around. After Team Principal Greg sets out the plans for the episode Betty and Christian get to work with a Bahrain debrief with Alpine's French driver Pierre Gasly. But of course it's not strictly F1 chat, from learning English slang terms to his bath routine they cover some serious ground.
Later in the show Christian heads to Mclaren's "space ship" headquarters for a check-in with Lando Norris... and to get more gossip about the F1 driver WhatsApp group.
We're also joined by listener Ellie to break down her first experience of watching a Formula One race and give her the chance to pick Christian's brains. And keep an ear out towards the end of the episode to find out if your question gets answered by the team.
As always, thank you for all your input to the show. Send any questions for the drivers or phrases for Pierre Gasly to learn to [email protected]. Fresh off the back of the opening race of the 2023 season in Bahrain, a giddy Christian and Greg (Betty had actual sports broadcasting to do elsewhere) make sense of all the action from race week one and tee up what's coming up in the next full episode of The Fast And The Curious.
Featuring some light coverage of race results, some of the names that were nearly used for the show instead of The Fast and The Curious and Toto Wolff impressions.

As the first race of the 2023 F1 season in Bahrain approaches, the team check in with McLaren's Australian rookie Oscar Piastri.
They cover a serious amount of ground including how his career went from racing remote control cars to joining the grid and Oscar's plans to become more tidy now that he's an actual Formula One driver. There's also time for Christian to tee you up with everything you need to know for race week one(!) and the team surprise a listener with the chance to interview their favourite driver.

It's an early start for Betty and Christian in episode two as they join the Mercedes team for the launch of their 2023 Formula 1 season.
They head back to Silverstone as they unveil the Mercedes F1 challenger, and catch up with Lewis Hamilton, team boss Toto Wolff and George Russell on everything from a driver Whatsapp group to the importance of using their platform to spark change off the track. Team principal Greg also joins the rest of the team to get managment advice from Toto Wolff and deliver a Colin the Caterpillar cake to birthday boy George Russell.

As pre-season testing gets underway The Fast And The Curious team head to Silverstone to introduce you to the world of Formula 1 and come face-to-face with drivers, engineers and what Christian calls "the beautiful beasts" on the track (cars to the rest of us).
In this opening episode Betty, Greg and Christian tee up the 2023 season for newcomers and die-hard fans alike as Williams and Alpine roll their cars off the garage floor and sign up their first co-host for the season; American rookie driver Logan Sargeant. Along the way they come across British racing legend Jenson Button, a test-drive fresh Esteban Ocon and uncover the first prize for their ultimate F1 giveaway.
Fan input is of course welcome. Please slide in our DMs with any questions for drivers and the team and suggestions of where Logan can get a decent British burger. We're @fastandcuriouspod. You can also find the show on TikTok (@thefastandthecuriouspod).
