Hey, bad therapists, it's the OG bad therapists here, Kathryn and Allie, and we are here to announce a change in programming. It is with a heavy heart we're sharing that we're going to be taking a step away from the podcast for now. There has been so much that has been just incredible about this journey and it's not an easy decision to take a step away. 

We have tremendously loved building this platform of destigmatizing therapists' work in the therapy room and the humanness of what we do. Our mission hasn't changed, it just might take look a little different coming from both of us. We're all still in this together so this is not goodbye, this is see you later and take care.
