Still holding an unfilled buck tag and stressing as each day of November passes you by? Has the rut come and gone without you, and all you have to look forward to are the scraps of the archery season after gun hunters hit the fields and forests in huge volume? NO! It's still sweet November and as Noel and I describe it, some of the BEST days of November are still ahead of us. Keep your head up, hunt hard, and get ready for your luck to change at any moment! That's what this conversation is all about. Noel and Kent talk about deer behavior in the latter part of November, and how to take advantage of their unique habits during this phase of the season. Kent also tells the story of his early muzzleloader buck harvest that had many ups and downs but ended with a filled tag nonetheless.

I love hearing first gen hunter stories. Of course many aspects of these stories have common themes, but they are also quite different in many ways. For Jeff, hunting elk and mule deer out West has been the areas where he has poured much of his hunting time and resources.

On this episode, Caleb highlights the top 4 States that have the most public land for whitetail hunting, they might surprise you! And it also might shock you how affordable they are to hunt! Then Caleb goes over some big bucks that have been harvested this Fall and some of the details of those stories. We hope you enjoy this episode! Have a blessed week!
