It was Vermont's turn for another catastrophic climate event because, as you know, climate change is a hoax (sarcastic face emoji). Last week the already saturated central corridor of Vermont received an additional 6-8 inches of rain over a 24 hour period. Hardest hit was the tiny capital city of Montpelier where I opened my wellness center 9 years ago. I love Montpelier.
So many folks have reached out in the last week to check in on me. It’s been incredibly heartwarming. Thank you for that. I thought the best way to connect with all of you would be to just record a brief episode so that I can tell you the story of the flood.
