During my depression, I tried to avoid drinking wine because I didn't want to fall into substances as a coping tool. However, I learned resveratrol, an antioxidant from wine (or grapes, rather), can be helpful for so many different body parts; the lungs, heart, brain and even kidneys (according to studies on the Pub Med's GOV website). I have been using it for a few weeks now and I truly feel the difference (in my lungs and kidneys, especially). The best part about it, I don't need to drink wine to get the awesome effects (so sobriety is no issue here!). Thank you all for listening! I wish you health and wellness! โค๐
