We also talk about the continued confusion surrounding faith of elections, especially in Georgia, where both Senate seats are up for grabs in the runoff election. A recurring theme, of course, is that DeSantis, Loeffler, Perdue, & so many others prioritize the economy over human lives time & again.

It’s the Freak Show! Cyrex & Super Elsy discuss the asinine continued efforts by Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, & their team to try to steal the 2020 election. We cover Sidney Powell tripping all over logic with Lou Dobbs, as well as Justice Samuel Alito making some shortsighted comments on religious freedom in relation to pandemic conditions. We also cover domestic terrorist Kyle Rittenhouse having been released on bond with assistance from Mike Lindell (the MyPillow guy) & Ricky Schroder (of Silver Spoons fame), and the double standards regarding police action in relation to race.

We also continue our series on the Amendments! This time we cover the 7th Amendment, which guarantees that civil cases can be heard by a jury in federal court.

Now that the elections are over, and the fraud accusations are weak & plentiful, we dip into some music talk. Short discussions of recent listening, particularly Lady Gaga & Westside Gunn.

But we also get discuss the baseless fraud accusations & the last new scams of the far-right, the Trump PAC scam & the new far-right social networks.

We end the episode with more constitutional fun! The 6th Amendment, discussing rights including those to a speedy & public trial, as well as an impartial jury.

We discuss the election, the baseless allegations of voter fraud, & plenty of other elections & mess around the country.

Our election week coverage begins! We spend much of the episode reacting to various parts of this election cycle, not just the Presidential election. We talk a lot about Congress too. The Squad is back! More progressives in Congress. Our home state is even redder now, but at least a solid minimum wage bill has been passed. Things are looking good, but the fight to better our country rages on.
