& start my whole day all over…
We discuss Trump’s 2nd impeachment trial & a hilariously nonsensical opening from his attorney Bruce Castor. We even react to individual wacky pieces. Speaking of nonsense, Marjorie Taylor Greene is at it again after being removed from her House committee assignments. Also, more reactions to trolls.
We also touch on the lawsuits by Smartmatic vs Fox, Giuliani & more. Also, Matt Gaetz continues to teeter the line between eager Trump sidekick & gross yuppie stereotype. Also, a name correction: Rockefeller Republicans were named for former NY Governor & VP (under Ford) Nelson Rockefeller.
This week on “Amendment Time” we cover the 18th Amendment, which banned the manufacture, sale, & transport of intoxicating liquors in America. A bit of Prohibition history & background gets explored too.

Welcome to the Sunshine… wait…
On this episode, we discuss lots of Florida weirdness. This includes Publix heiress Julie Jenkins Fancelli having donated 60% of the backing for Trump’s January 6th rally that preceded the insurrection. Also, State Senator Jeff Brandes has introduced a bill to weaken the minimum wage increase bill that just passed with great voter support, adversely affecting many workers such as younger workers and those convicted of a felony. Governor Ron DeSantis has to get in on it too with a bill to fine social media companies for banning accounts of political figures for spewing disinformation, under the guise of blocking “censorship.”
We cover more of Marjorie Taylor Greene’s nonsense, including the space lasers & attempts to harass Muslim members of Congress to swear in on a Christian bible. But she’s got competition for craziest member of Congress: Lauren Boebert has a new climate change denial bill. Plus the Proud Boys leader was… an informant?!
On this week’s Amendment Time, we talk about the 17th Amendment, which changed the way Senators are elected. Originally, state legislatures chose U.S. Senators for their state; with this Amendment, U.S. Senators are elected by the voters of their state.

Another “all over the place” episode…
Join us as we give a bit of a recap on the first week of Joe Biden’s presidency. We list off several executive orders, many meant to undo damage done by Former President Trump. Doesn’t it feel nice to call Trump the former president?
SPOILER ALERT! We also discuss the first 3 episodes of WandaVision, the first show in the MCU’s Phase Four, following Avengers: Endgame & Spider-Man: Far From Home. If you wish to avoid spoilers, you may wanna skip that section early on. More shows we discuss include Empire & Bling Empire.
We talk some more about the dangerous Republican QAnon-believer Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene. She getting lots of attention due to social media interactions resurfacing, as well as a video of her following and harassing David Hogg on a DC street, showcasing her belief that the Stoneman Douglas High School massacre was a “false flag” operation to assault gun rights.
On this week’s “Amendment Time,” it’s the 16th Amendment! This amendment permits Congress to levy an income tax without apportionment among the states or basis on U.S. Census.

It’s the End of the Trump Era, & we’re here for it!
Join us for the final episode of the Trump years. When you hear this episode, Joe Biden will be president, & Kamala Harris will be vice-president. We discuss the historical cycles America has caught itself in, & how detached present American society seems to be from what is truly recent history. Also, we go in on some of these Republican traitors, such as Parkland massacre denier & QAnon supporter Marjorie Taylor Greene, who announced plans to introduce impeachment articles for Joe Biden on January 21st.
We reminisce on VH1 dating shows from the 2000s such as The Flavor of Love & similar shows thereafter, as well as MTV’s parody boy band 2Ge+her. & later on, we talk about many of the terrorists involved in the attack.
On this Amendment Time, we cover the 15th Amendment, which prohibited voting discrimination based upon race, color, or previous condition of servitude, thus largely granting the right to vote to men of color.
Is it January 14th or December 45th?
We continue our reaction to the January 6th attempted coup by rabid MAGA supporters, covering how more & more of these traitors’ names are coming out, which ain’t surprising considering many of them proudly posted themselves on social media participating in a terrorist siege. Several Republican elected officials, including Mo Brooks of Alabama, had a role in this insurrection, & over 100 Congress Republicans continued to protest the counting of the electoral votes as the attack was happening!
We take a look at some COVID numbers from various countries, & we’d like to remind you to wear a mask, as 2 million people worldwide are no longer with us due to this virus, including over 381,000 dead in America.
We discuss Gayle King’s interview with “SoHo Karen” Miya Ponsetto, whose criminal record includes being the woman who harassed & tackled Keyon Harrold Jr over baseless suspicion of theft of her phone.
This week’s election time covers the 14th Amendment, possibly the most important amendment, with its clauses on citizenship, due process, equal protection under the law, & it’s section on rebellion, which oughta used to deal with these treasonous officials.

We come to you with a BONUS EPISODE! We had to react to the terrorist siege upon the Capitol Building. On January 6th, 2021, countless MAGA supporters stormed the Capitol building to impede the counting of the electoral votes by Congress in an attempted coup d’état. This domestic terrorist attack by far-right extremists was essentially encouraged by Donald Trump & his false allegations of election fraud.
We react to this insurrection, the right-wing’s attempt’s to flip the narrative in favor of Trump supporters, the Republican traitors who objected to the electoral college count, & more surrounding this.
Thank you all for listening!
Welcome to the New Year! We already feel a tiny bit less stressed out. Just a tiny bit.
Kick off 2021 with Cyrex & Super Elsy! We got a short reaction to “One” by Three Dog Night, some COVID updates, & talk about the home vandalisms upon Nancy Pelosi & Mitch McConnell. We also talk about continued controversy with the domestic terrorist organization Proud Boys, particularly the planned armed protest upon DC.
We cover the Senate Elections, which at the time of recording were still underway, but have since been called for Democrats Raphael Warnock & Jon Ossoff. Also about the traitorous Senators who intend to disrupt the electoral vote count, and the real whopper: Trump’s on tape trying to coerce Brad Raffensperger to “find 11,780 votes.”
We begin the Reconstruction “Amendment Time” with the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery in America & gave Congress the power to enforce this, albeit with an exception of conviction to crime.

It’s the last episode of 2020!
We couldn’t end this insane turbulent year without coming through with some more laughs & thoughts. We got more reactions to people spreading dumb (wrong) opinions on social media. We got more craziness with the election claims, especially right-wing media having to take back their statements on Smartmatic lest they risk a lawsuit from the company. We got more talk about the Congress conflict on stimulus checks. And much more!
This week’s Amendment Time is about the 12th Amendment. This amendment changed the presidential races into the joint tickets we know today, departing from the system of 1st & 2nd placers in the election becoming President & Vice President respectively.

See you in 2021!
On today’s episode, we’re everywhere & back. We talk about a variety of things like Warren Harding scandals, the onset of the Great Depression, and why Coca-Cola + lemon juice ≠ Lemon Coke.
We discuss the newest COVID relief bill & how weak the aid is for regular Americans. “Double-dipping” isn’t just into the sauce anymore.
The Amendment Time series continues with the 11th amendment. This amendment lays the foundation for state sovereign immunity.
In this episode, we discuss some music! We talk about music we’ve been listening to, such as Kid Cudi & Mach-Hommy. We talk about Chance the Rapper’s situation with former manager “Pat the Manager” Corcoran & the recent lawsuit filed by the latter.
We discuss this humorously hypocritical talking points about alleged voter fraud & supposed lack of voter suppression put forth not only by GOP politicians (such as Newt Gingrich) but also by their supporters (some fun social media exchanges).
Also, Mitch McConnell is joining the line of Republican figures getting dragged by Trump supporters for (finally) acknowledging Joe Biden & Kamala Harris as President-elect & Vice President-elect. Plus we do a segment on the perceived confederate flag & compare it to actual national flags of the Confederacy.
We complete the Bill of Rights with the 10th Amendment, which states that powers of the federal government are only those enumerated by the constitution, while powers unenumerated fall to the states or the people.
