  3. I talked with some of the folks from ArcBest at F3 last November and this is a company that has made many acquisitions through the pandemic period - are they ready for this?
  4. Let’s talk about non-competes and particularly enforcement - at the 3PL level, what’s the process of enforcement?
  5. Obviously with the FTC opening their comment period about ending non-competes, there’s a lot of passion on both sides.  How enforceable are they and if they aren’t unless you’re willing to dedicate a legal team to this, what is the agreement that is enforceable that companies need to fall back on?
