  • Geek Down 5-21-19 - Dead To Me, Smooth Criminals, And She - Ra Season 2
The return of SHE-RA & THE PRINCESSES OF POWER for another season of heroics and hardship. The team-ups don't end there, in the comic series SMOOTH CRIMINALS where cat burglar from the past joins a hacker from the... slightly LESS past. And Netflix's DEAD TO ME shows us the lighter side of manslaughter, depression, and codependency (...it's a comedy, we swear!)
In the house: Shayna Wakefield, Pat B, Lilith Beest & Dale Stones

  • WrestleDown 5-19-19 - Money In The Bank Preview... (Game Of Who...)
In this episode of The Wrestledown, we preview WWE's Money in the Bank PPV, which unfortunately is scheduled for the same night as the Game of Thrones finale. So we go match by match and ask "Does this sound more exciting than the Game of Thrones finale?" And the answers might surprise you! We also get a little into NJPW's Best of Super Juniors tournament so far.

  • Geek Down 5-14-19 - Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina, Laguardia, The Hustle
The Witch is back, and not even Satan himself can control her! The CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA season 2 is on the docket.
"X' marks the spot, but 'XX' spots the marks (chromosomes, that is) in THE HUSTLE, a gender-swap remake of the classic "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels."
Where will your loyalties lie when the aliens land? Will you wilt or will you Wild out?! There's more to intergalactic civil rights and freedom fighting than just clever alliteration in Nnedi Okorafor's LAGUARDIA.

  • Geek Down 5-7-19 - Kitchen Sink W- Old Man Wade
Due to some technical difficulties, we ended up losing the episode! So instead we offer the brilliant pre-show BS we normally do before getting all official and proper. Warning: there's some hard language, controversial opinions, and potentially triggering subject matter. We polished it a bit to make it more presentable, but the conversation is delivered raw and unadulterated!

  • WrestleDown 5-6-19 - Money inthe Bank, Stardom Wrestling, and Four Pillars of Bew Bew Bew
This week, the Road to Money in the Bank is about as eventful as being in line at an actual bank (not during a robbery), so Jere convinced Dennis to watch more Stardom wrestling, and the boys tackle the Four Pillars of AJPW, a promotion they had no ideas about before this episode. All this, Kris Wolf's retirement show, and more!

  • Geek Down 4-30-19 - Avengers Endgame, The Naked Eye, Bronze Age Boogie
It's the battle of the Mature Readers category as we push sex, spies, and the supernatural in an interview with JASON DORING, creator of THE NAKED EYE! And a quick jaunt through the time-traveling, kung-fu fighting, broadsword-to-the-buttcrack action of BRONZE AGE BOOGIE, the newest title from Ahoy Comics.
And then, 22 films in the making - we manage to stay spoiler-free while having some sort of gasm discussing AVENGERS:ENDGAME! Odin help you if you miss this one...

  • WrestleDown 4-24-19 - post-Wrestlemania Hangover, Stardom, Beyond Wrestlings Uncharted Territory
The wrestling world is still navigating its post-Wrestlemania Hangover, so Dennis decided to get into Stardom Wrestling with their talent draft and took his girlfriend to her first wrestling show: Beyond Wrestling's Uncharted Territory. Was it a great place to start? Find out! We also talk up our love of New Japan Pro Wrestling's Best of Super Juniors, a tournament of little men. Brought to you by the Geekdown and our mascot, Keaton the kitten, "The ORIGINAL little man."

  • Geek Down 4-23-19 - Beyonce Homecoming, Sekiro Shadows Die Twice, Resident Evil 2
Adam and Pat were off on assignment cough*REHAB*cough so join guest-hosts Shayna & Juste Jonny! They'll be talking the Queen Bey herself in the autobiographical Netflix movie BEYONCE HOMECOMING, and because everyone knows you always double-tap, SEKIRO: SHADOWS DIE TWICE! But death can't keep a good game down, as they'll show you in the remake of RESIDENT EVIL 2: "Back for another taste!" ...okay, I made up that tagline. But how perfect was that?!!

  • WrestleDown 4-17-19 - Wrestlemania... but like, the OTHER stuff!
We figuratively unpack the non-WWE parts of Wrestlemania Weekend (we went to Stardom: American Dream, GCW Presents: Orange Cassidy Is Doing Something Or Whatever, and NJPW/ROH G1 Supercard at MSG) and then we literally unpack Dennis' LootCrate of WWE Merch! Will it be Kairi Sane Treasure or New Day Booty? Tune in!
