Steam, Sony, and Amazon were reportedly offering unconditional refunds for 'No Man's Sky' following allegations of deception on behalf of developer Hello Games. Steam would eventually clarify their position after getting inundated with requests from people looking to recoup some of their lost funds and make up for wasted time. According to PlayStation UK’s customer support, consumers CAN request a refund but there are a few caveats: only players with in-game technical issues can request a refund, and must exhaust a list of troubleshooting options with a customer service representative before the case is passed over to the PlayStation investigation team. They will then decide if the case justifies a refund. Amazon, without going into the specifics, said the company was offering refunds on a case-by-case basis. The CW announces they're creating a new series starring DC's character "The Ray" and specifically that he's going to be gay. Pat's perturbed about the retcon of a hero that he (and apparently nobody else) has followed for years. Ray Terrill, a human ray of light in the shadow of his famous father, the Golden Age superhero known as "The Ray" became a hero to fight evil and follow in his father's legacy. A suicide Squad cosplayer is arrested in NY when people mistake his costume and props for actual military gear and weaponry. Since the man was dressed as Rick Flagg, one of the less garish costumes in the comic cinematic universes today, people understandably mistook him for any other random gun-toting nut and called authorities. We discuss was the cosplayer in the wrong, or was there overreaction by police when they got the complete story.
