The Genius Code™ - Purpose, Mindset and Prosperity

When most people look at planning for the year ahead they typically do it in the traditional sense – by mapping it all out and setting SMART goals. But that’s not the way to do it! And also they plan around some areas, and not around some of the most important areas of their life. Well on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode podcast, I share with you a couple of secrets as well as some of the areas you can look at to think about in order to make next year a great year for you.

It’s around this time of year when people start to make plans – if it’s not plans for next year, it’s plans for Christmas. And with that we begin to hear people talking about new resolutions that they’re going to set, budgets for the year ahead, goals to be achieved, and what they’re going to do to drive forward both personally and professionally. And typically you’ll hear things being said that they can’t wait for the past year to be got rid of and for the next year to begin. How crazy is that – as if the change in a calendar date is going to make all that difference – and there’s still a couple of weeks to go to the end of the year! I’m here to tell you to stop doing all of that just for one moment. And on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode podcast, I share with you why it’s important to look back, what to look back on, and areas that you might want to consider in order to get the best out of this year, and to make the next year even better.

Have you ever had moments where you expect the worst is going to happen? It could be the missed phone call from someone that didn’t leave a message – and then you end up spending your time wondering what’s wrong, or if you did something wrong, or that you’re going to be told something bad when you ring them back. Or that Sunday night feeling where you dread the anticipation of opening up your laptop on the Monday morning or going into the office, and not knowing what you’re going to face. These are just some of the times where people expect the worst of what might happen, and therefore they live their life in dread of what might happen. But not only that – not only do we have the fear or the dread – we also build castles in our mind. And I don’t mean like the fairy-tale castle in Disneyland – I mean the great big dark castles like what you’d expect Dracula would live in. So how do we get rid of building those castles in our mind? Well on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode podcast, I share with you why it happens as well as four strategies that you can use to dissolve this feeling so that you can achieve higher levels of success.

Did you ever have the feeling of not being enough? I mean – not being good enough, not smart enough, not intelligent enough, not good looking enough, not popular enough, not posh enough, not confident enough? The list can go on and on. And it can affect each of the seven areas of our life – relationships, business or career, wealth, health, mental, spiritual, and social. And it can also affect each role we play in life – be it father/mother, brother/sister, employer/employee, son/daughter and so on. Put simply – it’s not being enough. And as a result, we keep ourselves small. Well, on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode, I share with you seven strategies that you can use to dissolve this feeling of not being enough so that you can achieve your purpose and higher levels of success.

What is a Choice Point? Well, a choice point is a moment in your life when you have a decision to make which will alter the course of your life journey. Some choice points are easy to make, while others are extremely difficult and challenging to choose and take action on. Now choice points are not your everyday decisions that people make – like what meal will you have, or whether you should attend a particular meeting or not, or what you might price your product or service at. They’re not choice points – they’re just everyday decisions to make. Choice Points will alter your course in life. The route you will travel along to fulfil your purpose and mission in life. But how will you know if you’re at a Choice Point? Well, on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode, I share with you how you will know if you’re at a choice point, what it really means to you and your life, and what to do so as to determine the best action for your success.

Every person has a part of themselves that they want to keep hidden. It’s the part that they don’t want others to find out for fear of what might happen if they did, or for fear of what other people might think. It’s this part of ourselves that we feel shame or guilt about the most – what I call our concealed self.  Yet it’s our concealed self that holds the key to unlocking our success because we both consciously and unconsciously hold ourselves back for fear that our concealed self will get found out. So how do we deal with our concealed self and dissolve shame and guilt? Well, on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode, I share all the different elements that make up your concealed self and what you can do to dissolve it and unlock your success.

Corrie Ten Boom was an amazing woman that was imprisoned by the Gestapo in Ravensbruck concentration camp during World War II because she was found helping save many Jews from the Holocaust. She was also imprisoned along with her father and sister, but she was the one that survived. And in her book, The Hiding Place, she describes the extraordinary conditions that she experienced while being in the concentration camp. But she also goes on to describe that life is a bit like a tapestry. On this episode of #TheExecutiveCode, I share her thoughts and what we can learn from the experiences that we have in life.

How do you determine whether a thought that you have is a conscious thought or an inspired thought? And why is it so important? Well, consider inspired thoughts as being like nudges or guidance, and your unconscious knows so much more than your conscious does.  So the important thing is to follow your unconscious or your inspired thoughts as much as you possibly can. But how do you do that and how do you develop your relationship with your unconscious and determine whether it’s your conscious thoughts or your unconscious nudges? Well, these are all questions I answer on this episode of #TheExecutiveCode, as well as understanding the different nuances that you can get from your inspired thoughts so as to help you in your life and business.

To really understand our Unconscious and the SuperConscious we need to appreciate what infinity is like. When it comes to our life and our business, the more we understand that there are infinite possibilities then the more we can appreciate what can be achieved – truly achieved. In this episode of #TheExecutiveCode I describe what infinity is like in order to bring that understanding to our consciousness and therefore our life and business.
