Have you ever run a race without a finish line?

    My guess is probably not.

Well, what if I told you that running a business without a designated CEO day is the same as running that race-without-a-finish-line analogy?

Having a weekly CEO day where you work on your business instead of in is seriously game-changing. And I’m telling you ALLLL about it in today’s episode!

Yep! I’m talking about one of my favorite subjects in the world…CEO days!

    Why?

Because CEO days are something Every. Single. Business. Owner. should have in their calendar –preferably weekly. Ask all my clients what one of the first things we do is: we implement a CEO day into their schedule if they don’t already have one in place.

Not only are CEO days invaluable, but they help you reach those big business goals --oh, and they’re THE key ingredient you need to live the life of your dreams.

I’m not even exaggerating here, friends.

If you want to grow your business, if you want to open a new location, if you want to grow your team and expand beyond a one-person show, you need to embrace the CEO day.

    Have I convinced you yet?

  • Ep 123: 3 Types Of Business Support To Invest In (That Aren’t Courses)

Have you ever bought a course? Chances are you probably have.

Maybe you thought investing in a specific course would save your business, give you the exact tool to multiply your income or help you learn that secret skill that will skyrocket your client roster.

    Sound familiar?!

But did you feel pressured to finish a course –even when it no longer serves you? Or did a course ever fall short of your expectations?

Have you ever considered that courses might hinder your progress and prevent you from taking your business where it needs to go?

And more importantly, is there a better way to move the needle forward in your business?

My opinion is, yes! Courses are certainly great options, but I don’t believe they are the end-all-be-all –and I’ll explain exactly why I think so in this episode!

Tune in to learn why I bought specific courses and, more interestingly, when I stopped buying courses (and why). I’ll also explain when it makes sense to buy a course, when it doesn’t, and why courses aren’t the only way to learn how to run a business!!

Oh, did I mention that I’ll be sharing the 3 types of support to invest in (that aren’t courses) and what I do now to learn new skills and uplevel my business?!

This episode is seriously one for the books because I see too many business owners struggling over this topic and we need to have a conversation about it!

So if you’ve even been convinced to buy a course, been disappointed by a course, or haven’t even started a course you’ve bought –you definitely don’t want to miss this episode!
