As these kids say nowadays, "GOOD VIBES ONLY" y'all! As we are down to single digits away from the start of the Olympic Games in Tokyo, we want to lift up everyone and talk about some of the good things that are happening in the world. First, Sir Lucious, Lamar, Clyde AND Big League highlight some of the most recent hires that excite them. There are so many to choose from so please excuse us for anyone not mentioned. Next, let's chat about the growth of the tiles. We take a step back and reflect on the growth of our relationships amongst the tiles. Lastly, as we get ready to send our fearless leader off to another country soon, the guys give their thoughts as to the uniqueness that 2020ne presents those who are involved. Lamar is up for RAPID FIRE and if you are not entertained....SHEESH! I don't know what to tell you! Rounding off the night with our HeartBeat Props is a must and it is definitely a feel good round. See ya in a few!

Amidst going thru the results a topic becomes glaring...mastering peaking-how, what, and when. Listen to what the tiles have to say about their craft. Welcome back after an exciting US Olympic Trials! The athletes of track and field didn't not come to play over the last two weeks. We will highlight a little more of what happened in week 2 of the trials. Coming out of the trials, we were seeing how performances weren't good enough and for those who did have good enough performances, that wasn't all they needed to advance. See how Clyde's statement some weeks back came to life post Olympic trials all over the world. For those who directly made the team-Sir Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde highlight a major element that separates them from the teams of recent past. Do you see what the guys see? Lastly, more on the topic of Name, Image, and Likeness...the well gets deeper than you think. Clyde jumps in the seat for RAPID FIRE and Heartbeat Props this week are relevant to all of our current climates. Sit back, enjoy the summer weather and listen in on the newest episode of Athletics LLC!

Today we sit down with Lourdes Univ assistant track coach Lemar Daniels to discuss his journey in the coaching profession. Starting off in a small school (graduating class of 34) in Toledo, OH, Lemar went to Washington Adventist University in the Washington DC area. There he participated in track and field, acrobatics, soccer, volleyball, marching band and so much more. Lemar's story is one of variety, courage, and development.
Join us as we talk esports, identity versus role, the power of a coach's influence (shout out Coach Ben!), and more.
Hello there! We're back, and I didn't mess anything up! Jumping right into the Trials for Tokyo, how do you even know what to highlight first!? Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde take care of that for you... Then with the conclusion of the collegiate season, the gents give you their FINAL LLC Bowerman picks. I think we need to give them some basic math skills! Speaking of the collegians, we touch on the Supreme Court ruling regarding the limitations (or lack thereof) that the courts overruled the NCAA on. Listen to what the guys have to say about that! SHHEESSSH! Last but not least, WA and their ranking system in regards to the effects that it is having on the Olympic trials. What in the heck!? Due to the "lost" episode last week, both Lucious AND Lamar are in RAPID FIRE...it is pretty interesting how this ends up, if I say so myself! (And I do) Sit back, put on your seatbelts and enjoy this week's episode of #ATHLETICSLLC
***Investing in a pole vault or high jump pit next season, find out why coaches choose Gill more times than any other manufacturer. Email Mike Cunningham ([email protected]) to get the conversation started!***
Raffael Craig brings a wealth of experience as a high school coach and club coach and today discusses his journey to becoming a volunteer college coach. We discuss why he made the transition, what his challenges were, and the outcome! We made it! We made it to the CHAMPIONSHIP meet! The best results producing meet that isn't professional. Tonight's episode comes to you early so you can hear our results predictions before they happen. Like Indoors, Sir Lucious sits out the process and Big League steps in. Hear the hate from Lamar and Clyde off tops y'all! Just wait, just wait LOL! We do start the show off with love for Andy Stubbs and Coach Mac, two figures who mean a great deal to track and field in their own rights. May the two of you rest in power. What were they thinking?! There has been some chatter about how the heats have been seeded, and why does it looks so different from the past. Well, Sir Lucious graces us with his knowledge of the matter and the discussion that follows is enlightening. Of course, we didn't forget TRACK IS BACK so we kept it to a few main results but SHEESH so many electric things happening everywhere right now. Clyde closes us out in RAPID FIRE and we wish Sir Lucious all the marks he needs this week. Blessings, grace, and strength to you all in Eugene and beyond. See you in a few!
