Ep. 085 - At 19 years old, Kylie Bisutti became the number one googled person in entire world.

She had just won a worldwide Victoria’s Secret Modeling competition, beating out 10,000 women to ultimately land the opportunity to walk the runway in a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

But, the glitz and glam wouldn’t last for long.

Behind the scenes, Kylie began experiencing the emptiness, darkness, and corruption of the elite modeling industry. As a Christian woman, she felt constantly pressured to compromise.

So, to the world’s shock, she made the incredibly courageous choice to walk away from everything. After leaving, she later posted a Tweet that simply said, “I quit being a VS model to be a Proverbs 31 wife.”

Not the case. They actually released a post that suggests how to have more inclusive language when speaking about a woman and her period.

The post literally encourages people to remove the words "woman" and "female" from their vocabulary.

Ep. 081 - The whole idea of freezing your eggs is becoming more appealing to women each year.  

Instead of being bound by her (God-designed) biological clock, women can delay having children until their 40s, without the worry of having to produce healthy eggs. The basic idea is that you freeze your strong eggs when you’re in your 20s, and then use them when you’re in your 40s.

Women, young and old, are loving this new freezing technology because it frees them up from having to “settle down” too early. They can pursue their career, delay marriage, be independent, and still have a chance to be a mom – on their own timeframe.

As Christian women, we have to view everything, including this egg freezing technology, through a Biblical worldview.
