The Glenn Beck Program

On today's program, Glenn touches on the"safe space" for anybody who is "afraid of the inauguration" being offered at Ohio State. Also, Greg from Connecticut calls in to tell Glenn about the public schools "charging the social workers, psychologists and counselors in the schools to provide grief counseling for any faculty or students that are not happy with the state of the nation right now." They discuss how this service was not available over the last eight years under the Obama administration, and how this "safe space" could be causing more harm than good.

Today on the Glenn Beck Program, we share some words of advice from past presidents Ronald Reagan and Theodore Roosevelt... it's only fitting seeing today is Inauguration Day for President Donald Trump. Reagan tells the youth to "watch news on how policy develops in those areas of special interest to you... I hope that you will always involve yourself as concerned citizens dedicated to the progress of our country." Roosevelt suggested that the kids do as they have been doing and work hard in school so that when they grow up they can be contributing members of society. Glenn zooms in on Roosevelt's wish for kids to "bare arms" and how the idea wasn't rejected but less emphasized.
