CONCERT FRIDAY
Joan Osborne- "One of Us"
Lyrics

If God had a name what would it be?
And would you call it to his face?
If you were faced with Him in all His glory
What would you ask if you had just one question?

And yeah, yeah, God is great
 Yeah, yeah, God is good
 Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah

What if God was one of us?
Just a slob like one of us
Just a stranger on the bus
Tryin' to make his way home?

If God had a face what would it look like?
And would you want to see
If seeing meant that you would have to believe
In things like heaven and in Jesus and the Saints
 And all the prophets?

And yeah, yeah, God is great
 Yeah, yeah, God is good
 Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah

What if God was one of us?
Just a slob like one of us
Just a stranger on the bus
Tryin' to make his way home?

Just tryin' to make his way home
Back up to heaven all alone
 Nobody callin' on the phone
'Cept for the Pope, maybe in Rome

And yeah, yeah, God is great
 Yeah, yeah, God is good
 Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah

What if God was one of us?
Just a slob like one of us
Just a stranger on the bus
Tryin' to make his way home?

Just tryin' to make his way home
 Like a holy rolling stone?
Back up to heaven all alone
Just tryin' to make his way home

Nobody callin' on the phone
'Cept for the Pope maybe in Rome

MUSIC
"He Came Here For Me"  (The Carpenters)

Prayer referred to in Reflection:

I, a faithless sinner, renew and ratify today in thy Heart, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism; I renounce forever Satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than I have ever been before.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, in the presence of all the heavenly court, I choose thee this day for my Mother and Mistress. I deliver and consecrate to thee, and to thy Immaculate Heart, as thy child and slave of love, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present and future; leaving to thee the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, according to thy good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and in eternity.  Amen.

"Welcome To Our World" - Chris Rice
Tears are falling, hearts are breaking
How we need to hear from God
You've been promised, we've been waiting
Welcome Holy Child [Repeat: x1]

Hope that You don't mind our manger
How I wish we could have known
But long-awaited Holy Stranger
Make Yourself at home
Please make Yourself at home

Bring Your peace into our violence
Bid our hungry souls be filled
Word now breaking Heaven's silence
Welcome to our world [Repeat: x1]

Fragile finger sent to heal us
Tender brow prepared for thorn
Tiny heart whose blood will save us
Unto us is born [Repeat: x1]

So wrap our injured flesh around You
Breathe our air and walk our sod
Rob our sins and make us holy
Perfect Son of God [Repeat: x1]
Welcome to our world

"Silent Night" - Bing Crosby
"O Holy Night" - Perry Como

"It's Christmas Time" - Diana Ross
It's christmas time
And you will find his love is everywhere
While shepherds watched their flocks by night
The star shone all around
Jesus came to earth
Born of mary
Prince of peace, emmanuel
I love to tell the story

And now the king born in a manger is lord of my heart
Now the king born in a manger is lord of my soul

It's christmas time
And you will find his love is everywhere
The wise men came to see his face
And glory shone around
Jesus came to earth
Born of mary
Prince of peace, emmanuel
I love to tell his story

And now the king born in a manger is lord of my heart
Now the king born in a manger is lord of my heart

Oh yes, the king born in a manger
Is lord of my heart
Now the king born in a manger
Is lord of my soul

It's christmas time
