I feel SO excited about the arrival of the journal this year. I can’t quite believe it’s our ninth printed edition - next year will be the ten-year anniversary!

And I’ve got some exciting news to share with you and some exciting things in store as part of this year’s launch.

📝 How to Join THE GAME + Prize Draw

Every time you do one of 👇 these things, you’ll get an entry into the prize draw. The more you do, the more chances you get to win:

* Spot the journal in a shop. Take a photo and either:

* Tag me on Instagram at @projectyouprojectyou, or

* Email it to [email protected].

* Share a photo of you with your ‘Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026’ journal. Whether you’re journaling under a blanket with your dog, on a sunny balcony, or in total chaos at your desk - I’d love to see it!

* Take part in the ‘Write it. Create it. Live it’ project. There are different ways you can choose to do this:

- join me for a recorded conversation on Zoom- record a video on your phone - write out your answers and send with a photo of you and your journal(s)
