Welcome back to our Easier Than You Think Series! We're here to help you as you grow in spiritual practices, and we're coming out the gate strong with Sabbath (our first episode) and now Fasting, for our second episode. It's almost Lent, after all, which means it's the perfect time to dive right in.
Join Clayton, Chris, and Amy as they challenge one another, encourage one another, and share strategies for success. It's what friends are for, and we'd love to extend that friendship to you, too.
We promise. Even with these sometimes scary and a little more easy to forget practices, practicing them really can be easier than you think. We're so glad that you're joining us on this journey. Let's get started.
It's February—around here, the most despised month of the entire year. This year though, we are finding hope in what God has to offer during this month that often can feel bleak and gray.
We're believing the best, sharing some laughs, and encouraging one another to persevere this month in the ways that we're engaging with God and one another.
Join Chris, Clayton, Lindsey, and Brian and consider how you'll make this February meaningful, rather than mundane.

Reminder—January starts in Februrary
One of the things we love most is talking with families, just like us, who are practicing spiritual practices alongside us (and sometimes, a few steps ahead!) And that's exactly what we're doing today on the podcast!
Amy is chatting all things Sabbath with a family that's been practicing it for years along with their kids. Kellie and Marshall took a Pizza Friday tradition, added a little bit of intentionality, and now have a meaningful Sabbath practice that is sure to encourage you and leave you with a few tips to apply in your own life.

This season on The GoodKind Podcast, we are so excited to introduce a new series to encourage you in your spiritual practices.
We're calling the series "Easier Than You Think" because we think it's true—Most of the time, spiritual practices are easier than we think they need to be. They just take practice.
Join Clayton Greene, Chris Pappalardo, and Amy Kavanaugh as we dive into misconceptions, struggles, and successes of spiritual practices that we're currently fussing with. We'll share encouragement with one another and with you, and together we'll all keep practicing and growing.
First up... Sabbath! It's a great practice to pick back up in a new year. And if you're like us, looking for rest, and already feeling behind (January starts in February, anyone?) this practice will feel morel like celebration than anything else. Join us!

If you've ever used a GoodKind product, we hope you've found it to be not only theologically rich, but also playful.
There are so many ways we take the concept of living out our faith so seriously that we forget that it should be lighthearted and fun, too. Playfulness is at the heart of every GoodKind product because we think it's in the heart of God. Join Clayton, Chris, and Brian in this episode of our mini-series, Making Spiritual Practices Stick, to hear why!
No matter where you land on the when-is-it-acceptable-to-start-enjoying-christmas debate, the time has come that we can all enjoy the Christmas season together. We love Advent, and we love everything that December has to offer.
Join Clayton, Chris, and Amy this week for this fun Habits and Holidays Episode that wraps up the year (get it... wraps?) and find a way to engage with God and one another in the last month of this year!

We're back in the mini-series this week, talking about one element to successful, consistent spiritual practice that we know you've likely felt, but may not have wrestled with. Today, it's all about how to make a spiritual practice rewarding, in the short and long term.
It's a little fraught, and sometimes even feels icky, trying to incentivize spiritual practice. But we're making the case that crafting your spiritual practice into something that's rewarding shouldn't just be accepted, but encouraged.
Join Clayton, Chris, and Amy on the podcast and start applying this framework to your spiritual life this week.
Our founder, Clayton, and his wife, Kristen, are back on the podcast this week helping us all stay ahead of the curve when it comes to giving gifts to friends and family this year. Not just to help us get organized and make sure we have plenty of time to pull it off, but to help make sure we're giving gifts that matter.
Meaningful, intentional, personal...you know... the GoodKind of gift-giving.
Plus, if you're looking for an easy WIN, listen out for a discount code exclusive to podcast listeners so you can gift some GoodKind products this year! We're a little biased, but we think your friends and family will love what you send them from our shop!
