That’s why I decided to interview Anil Gupta, who’s known as “The Love Doctor,” about his “Happiness Formula.”
In 2008 Anil Gupta was suicidal and he not only found a way to overcome his adversity and thrive, but he was determined to distill a formula for how anyone can choose to make themself happy no matter what their outer circumstances are.
