Bea Loosli is an expert in all things natural contraception, the female cycle, and a healthy female body. She has over 20 years of experience tracking her cycle and using knowledge about her body to prevent it successfully. Even though she never studied medicine she devoted her life to learning about the female body and now teaches others on her blog @ladyplanet, in workshops (online and offline), and on social media. All spiced with humour and lightness which makes it easier to digest and understand this very important topic.

Bea grew up in a very open-minded household in Switzerland. There was always a value of nature, travel, and freedom. Like most teenagers, she went on the pill at around 16 years old because of her first relationship. It was the safe thing to do. Shortly after she developed heavy symptoms, was sick often and overall there was something wrong. Even though doctors told her that this has nothing to do with the pill she knew deep down they were wrong. At 21 years old she got off the pill and never looked back.

In this Interview, we are going to talk all female bodies, periods, contraception, and getting to know your body to live a more empowered and balanced life. All on a natural cycle and flow! Am so excited  for this interview to learn more about this topic, my body, and share it with y’all.

Noxolo Kapela is a passionate traveller and adventurist from Butterworth in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

She calls herself “mainly an adventure seeker ( hiking) with the aim to hike in every City and Country I visit. Shiro Mungai is a young aspiring actress from Nairobi, Kenya. She grew up in a female household with a feminist single mother teaching her about life and how to make it on her own. Shiro moved to France at the young age of 22years old without knowledge of the language, all by herself to attend drama school there. She had to figure out life in Paris on her own and claim this to be a very lonely challenging time teaching her so much about herself.
