Lets Talk about the New Hobby

From card shows to local card stores- everyone was worried. Fanatics was taking over and the shows were in trouble and the stores were going to close. Well- that didn't happen...

Card shows are setting records. Auctions are setting records. Athletes and Celebrities are getting involved. We have a lot to be positive about in a negative week!

Its time for Topps Flagship- and Fanatics has done a good job of tying in the old with the new for this years release- as well as adding in some fun chase cards.

Our content today drops a bomb- gives you a title and never goes deeper. Lets discuss the recent price increase from PSA and what it means.

So- you bought a card.. and the very next day, someone posts the card and says "who is the idiot who overpaid for this?"... Does that have you rethinking your purchase? or do you just realize that our hobby is filled with experts who know nothing?

The Super Bowl is over. Let's look at the impact on the hobby and the cards. And its not what you think... I am not going to crap on Drake Maye.. well maybe a little..

So you want to spend 5-10k on a card or a few cards in 2026-That's easy. Anyone can do that.But- lets talk about building a time capsule you can look back on to commemorate the year.
