In today's episode I'm talking about expectations, assumptions, the illusion that you communicated something that you did not.  This is one of the biggest challenges I see everyone struggle with when it comes to effective communication, even leaders.

Leaders, experts, people moving fast far too often we think we clearly communicated the task but we didn't...no matter what you think you communicated.  To excel in leadership, sales, and building a culture of collaboration we have to get really good at actually communicating, not just the illusion that we have done so.
