In breaking news, Trump' s lawyers have intentionally refused to respond to Federal Judge William's order that they answer to the charges of "fraud on the court" and "deception" on the Court in their settlement of the Trump v. Popok reports on breaking news, that in a 9-0 decision the Supreme Court just blocked Trump's efforts to use hand picked red state federal prosecutors and judges to indict and convict his political targets.  Now, in the 9-0 decision known as Abouammo, the Supreme Court ruled that, under the Constitution's strict "venue" requirements,  a criminal defendant can only be prosecuted where he actually committed the main element of the crime, not where the prosecutors are running the investigation out of.  That blocks Trump's efforts to use his hand picked prosecutors in Florida, his hand picked judge in Aileen Cannon, to indict his enemies in florida, especially the "grand conspiracy" investigation being run out of Florida against Intelligence Community members and former presidents like Obama who's acts that may form trhe basis of the indictment occurred n DC.

Trump is on a losing streak this week in one Miami federal courthouse in his BBC defamation case, as Judge Altman issues an order to show cause against Trump's lawyers for missing deadlines; the magistrate judge refuses to disqualify herself on allegations she is biased against Trump; and the judge promptly sends the issue of whether the BBC will get to serve 47 subpoenas on Trump World over to the magistrate judge who just refused to leave the case!  Popok explains that this little followed case may end up being Trump's undoing.
