Popok explains that Former FBI Dir. and public Trump critic, James Comey is in the process of filing a series of fiery motions addressed to his criminal indictment for effectively "liking" someone else's social media post about removing the President from office, the now infamous "8647" seashell indictment approved by Todd Blanche, and the first motion to dismiss has now been filed.  Popok explains that between now and August, at least one more motion, this time for vindictive prosecution dismissal, will also be filed, and he explains the difference and why they should succeed.

Popok reports on the breaking news of a new civil rights class action suit brought against major Trump donors and election deniers that run a multi billion dollar government paid for transportation network for Homeland Security and ICE and who flew the three planes and dropped off 200 men to be tortured upon arrival in El Salvador!  Popok explains that going after US Companies who profit from Trump's civil rights abuse and torture is an effective strategy and the Robert and Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center is leading the way.

Popok comments on new reporting from Bloomberg, piecing together the international child sex trafficking crime spree conducted by Trump's best friend Epstein, including 3700 flights (averaging more than 1 per day) for 10 YEARS, all booked by his long time assistant through an American Express travel manager, who also helped the assistant conduct likely visa fraud.  The ring spanned 6 properties and cities, dozens of countries, thousands of flights, millions of dollars and hundreds of men.  And yet Todd Blanche declares that there are NO leads and no active investigations to the Victims' face!

In breaking news, Popok explains that Senior Federal Judge Emmitt Sullivan didn't just rule again for Katie Phang and order long hidden Epstein file documents to be produced to him for personal review, but he has indicated that he doesn't believe Todd Blanche and has ordered him to produce documents to prove certain key representations in Court, on the way to a likely contempt finding!

Popok reports on the breaking news that Judge Subramanian has forced the DOJ to reveal secret internal emails to determine whether they knowingly mislead a second federal judge to obtain an order concerning subpoenas for phone records and testimony issued to NYT Reporters who reported that the Qatari Air Force One Trump flies around in could be blown out of the sky by our enemies and their missles!

Popok drills down on the Dept. of Homeland Security General Counsel, James Percival, who has used his official taxpayer funded social media accounts to attack by name Federal Judges, at a time when Federal Judges take their lives into their own hands everyday with increased death threats and threats of violence their number 1 concern.  And this is the fault of Todd Blanche and his DOJ who gives permission for this type of violent rhetoric.
