Popok reports on Federal Judge Melissa DuBose finding that she has been the subject of "misconduct" and "patently false" press release after she determined that the DOJ and ICE intentionally lied to her and withheld key facts about an arrested immigrant that she released, and then abused her for it in a Homeland Security press release THAT IS STILL UP ON THE WEBSITE!

In breaking news, Trump's DOJ and US Attorney Jeannine Pirro, in a panick, has filed a motion with the Chief Judge in DC to have his scathing order finding that the DOJ investigated and prosecuted Fed Chair Jay Powell in bad faith, taken off the books so it has no legal effect.  Popok explains why Chief Judge Boesberg should reject the motion, and continue to protect Powell against future criminal prosecutions.

In breaking news, Justice Alito has entered an emergency STAY of a lower appeals court order that had entered a Nationwide Injunction against the use of abortion pills for FDA approved medication abortions, sending the issue to the full 9 justices with briefing next week.  Popok reports on what could happen next at the Supremes, as the right of a woman to make the most personal and intimate decision about her reproductive rights hangs, again, in the balance.

In breaking news, Federal Judge Ana Reyes, in a late night ruling and early morning ruling, forced the Trump Administration to answer to her this morning as to whether the Government tried to mislead the court and plaintiffs about the planned destruction of the historic East Potomac Park and municipal golf course, and to build on its rubble a mega professional golf course in Trump's image.  Popok reports on how a Federal judge, schooled by Trump's prior demolitions and defacing of public property, sprung into action to get to the bottom of the issue within hours of being alerted, and what is going to happen next.

Popok reports on Miami Federal Judge Williams having second thoughts about Trump and his captured IRS' honesty and analysis about whether they are really in a fight over the $10 billion that Trump is demanding for the leak of his tax returns.  So, she has appointed a former Federal Judge and Clinton appointee, a former Solicitor General and Obama appointee, and a rockstar litigator to advise her as to whether Trump's shakedown scheme should be dismissed outright.

In a ill-timed appearance on Sunday Morning Talk Shows, Acting AG Todd Blanche, like his boss,  Trump, inevitably finds a way to make a public confession to help the DEFENSE and he did it again in the last 24 hours spilling the beans about the Former FBI Dir. james comey indictment.  Popok reports.
