In breaking news, Trump has instructed his DOJ to file a new filing with the Supreme Court in an effort to have them declare that, although he is an adjudged sex abuser by a federal jury, he was acting in the course of scope of his duties as President when they also ruled he defamed her and ordered him to pay her $83.5 million.  Popok explains that if successful, Trump would have to convince the Supremes that defaming his sex abuse victim is just part of the job!

Popok reports on Acting AG Todd Blanche getting caught on Fox News lying about criminal defendant and anti-hate group the Southern Poverty Law Center,  admitting it in a court filing, but then arguing that another appearance on Fox News by Blanche fixed it.  Popok explains how SPLC has Trump's DOJ already back on its heals as it goes for the grand jury transcript to try to prove that the Grand Jury was lied to by the DOJ.
