With a brand new Federal Court order, Trump enabler, MyPillow Guy Mike Lindell moves to the 1 yard line of having to pay Smartmatic-- the election technology company-- BILLIONS of dollars in defamation damages for having defamed Smartmatic more than 51 TIMES on podcasts, documentaries, "symposiums" and a 3 day live stream, by saying that Smartmatic worked with the Chinese, Venezuelans, in a global cabal to flip Trump votes to Biden in LA county. Popok takes a deep dive into Judge Bryan's 623 page order and explains why there is a jury trial at all.

Popok has the receipts and found the 2018 DOJ Office of Inspector General Report that expressly cleared Director Comey concerning any leaks to the Wall Street Journal about the Clinton investigation and pinned the blame solely on Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who has not been indicted.

The countdown now officially begins as Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook files the brief of her life to save her job and the independence of the federal reserve, along with a brief from 32 Republican and Democratic economic officials including every living Fed Reserve Chair in support of her and against firing her. Popok looks at the legal arguments and explains why even this MAGA supreme court should rule that Cook was denied due process and keep her in her job.

Trump is issuing an Executive Order to label civil rights, civil liberties, immigration rights, and democratic organizations "Domestic Terrorist Organizations" and then use that as a pretext to start RICO conspiracy criminal cases against them, including philanthropist George Soros and his Open Society Foundation. Popok reports.

The corruption of Trump's DOJ is limitless, as Trump appoints his former low level criminal defense lawyer, Lindsey Halligan, to be the chief prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia US Attorneys office, presumably for the sole purpose of going after and indicting his political rivals. Popok reports on a new scandal that has broken, in which FBI Director Comey may be indicted before Tuesday to avoid a statute of limitations problem, by Halligan at Trump's direction. Will a Grand Jury go along with these manufactured charges?

A Federal Judge has issued an order to put a stop to Trump's DOJ using Trump, Stephen Miller, his Press Secretary and others in the DOJ to violate a defendants rights to a fair and impartial trial by trying the case and the evidence in the media and trying to vilify Trump's target in advance of trial. Popok explains how this new Order is a blue print for other judges to use to rein in a rogue, lawless Department of Justice.

Trump's erratic about face to try to do a last minute embrace of Ukraine against Russia has been met with ridicule by Russia who by now ignores Trump's demented, irrational positions and seeing no real US opposition, moves forward with killing Ukrainians. Popok reports on how Trump made things much worse jeopardizing American security as a result.

The only way the Trump DOJ could win a conviction against Trump's would be assassin Ryan Routh today was because he represented himself, had no lawyer to help him put on an insanity defense, and still AG Bondi took credit for it as an example of "prosecuting political violence."
