In new investigative reporting and based on leaked flight records, the Guardian reports that the Trump Administration has made 40,000 migrants-- including babies -- effectively "disappear" within the US by creating an elaborate shell game of moving them around 10-12 times and shuttling them between multiple immigration detention centers, cutting them off from their lawyers, family and federal judges and due process. Popok adds to the story by making the connection between the Mayor of Miami (the son of immigrants) and the company that owns the plane charter company that is profiting off of the misery of the migrants being "disappeared".

In breaking news, a federal judge has blocked for now Trump's efforts to destroy the independence of the Federal Reserve which is about to make a major decision in interest rates, finding that his firing of Governor Lisa Cook was both a violation of her Due Process Rights under the 5th Amendment as well as based on false "for cause" reason. Popok explains that Judge Cobb has ruled that the only way a Fed Reserve Governor can be fired is for misconduct ON THE JOB about their statutory duties, and can't be based on allegations about what she did in applying for mortgages before she was confirmed.
