You likely know him as Johnny Rocket from The Johnny Rocket Launchpad. I know him as my friend Johnny Adams, and I wanted to have him on the show to talk about a new passion project he's been working on.
It's called Liberty Force, and it's a comic book that teaches some ideas about liberty to anyone willing to give it a read.
Johnny wrote and designed the entire comic, and it's designed for all ages. Check it out at http://www.LibertyForcecomic.com and buy a couple for yourself, your kids and a friend!

Continuing with my interview series this week, I've got Paul Vasey who's created a really cool board game to teach your kids about money, the importance of saving and how to budget.
You can find his site with all the games here:

Enjoy,

One of the things I wanted to start doing into next year was interviewing potential senators, and congressmen who I thought would do a better job promoting liberty than the man or woman currently holding office.
As some of you know, I'm back out in California this week finishing the shoot for the History channel, and I thought I'd do an interview series with some people who are doing some interesting stuff in the liberty space.
I'm kicking off this series with Shane Hazel, an incredible man who's decided to take on the establishment and run against the sitting Republican in Georgia's 7th District.
Running against a Republican AS a Republican is an almost impossible task, but Shane's message of liberty and free markets are winning the day.
Give the show a listen and then head over to http://www.shanehazel.com and throw your support behind his efforts.

Not only did the Republican-controlled House just pass the Senates 4 Trillion Dollar budget paving the way for at least 1.5 trillion in new debt over the next ten years, but we also find out the Social Security Administration spent more than a Trillion dollars in 2017.
If you add the cost of Social Security and HHS together, they account for more than 50% of the 3.9 trillion in total government spending in 2017.
Does this bother anyone else? Anyone still think we have a revenue problem? If you do, you're crazy. Government is out of control, and the ridiculous promises our politicians have made can never be fulfilled.
If you still plan to rely on social security, Medicare or Medicaid as you age you need to start rethinking your options. The odds on those programs surviving the next 20 years are slim, and there's no way they stay the way they are now. Benefits are going to go down, and the age to start receiving payments is going to go up.
We're all responsible for ourselves, and the more government takes from us, the less capable we are of providing for our own future. Don't let a politician tell you he's going to help you as long as you agree to give up some of your hard-earned money. He's a snake, and he's going to bite you.
Lots of great stuff on the show today including an announcement about a training I'm going to be holding soon.
Yeah, it's yet another move toward totalitarianism. An article published on yahoo.com and confirmed by both the Airforce and Department of Defense exposes a change in the government's surveillance of U.S. citizens that now covers "homegrown violent extremists with no specific connection to foreign terrorists.
What's truly scary about this change is the DOD doesn't need a warrant to spy on anyone, and before this change, intelligence agencies like the CIA were only allowed to spy on U.S. citizens when it could demonstrate the individual was working on behalf of a foreign power.
It's one more blow to your privacy and a step toward big brother control.
Will this be used for nefarious purposes? Oh, most certainly but will it be widespread enough to jeopardize your liberty? Probably not but why take the risk?
This is the kind of thing our elected officials are supposed to prevent. Every time I turn around the government is offering to take care of my problems but when it comes time to actually protect me from the most significant threat of all (an overreaching, all-powerful central government) my representatives are asleep at the wheel and incapable of defending my liberty.
