As I turn 24, I reflect on the biggest lessons this year taught me about purpose, relationships, self-worth, and divine timing.

Have you ever asked yourself:
“Why does this keep happening to me?”
The same relationship patterns.
The same emotional triggers.
The same lessons appearing again and again in different forms.
According to Judaism and Kabbalah, this isn’t random.
Every soul enters this world with a Tikkun, a specific spiritual lesson it came here to learn and refine. Your life is not a series of accidents, but a carefully designed curriculum for your soul.
In this episode, we explore how to identify the deeper pattern behind your experiences and how to understand the lesson your soul may be asking you to grow through.
Drawing from Jewish wisdom, Kabbalah, and modern neuroscience, we unpack:
• What Tikkun really means in Judaism
• Why the same challenges repeat in different forms
• How your brain and nervous system reinforce life patterns
• The difference between being a victim of life and becoming a student of it
• Practical steps to identify your soul’s lesson and grow from it
When you start viewing life through this lens, something powerful happens.
You stop asking “Why is this happening to me?”
and start asking “What is this here to teach me?”
And from that place, nothing in your life is wasted.
Every experience becomes growth.
Every lesson becomes transformation.
And every step brings you closer to who your soul came here to become.

In this episode, I share six Kabbalistic insights that deeply shifted the way I understand ego, forgiveness, purpose, and the challenges we face in our lives, as inspired by my recent Kabbalah study with Madonna.
We explore the soul’s mission (tikkun), the internal “Opponent,” and what it really means to become a vessel that can hold more Light, and how these ancient teachings can help us respond to life with greater consciousness, compassion, and trust.

We’re diving into the power of your self-concept; the beliefs you hold about who you are, what you deserve, and what’s possible for your life.
Most of these beliefs were formed in childhood, shaped by what we were told about ourselves by parents, teachers, and the world around us. But what if the story you’ve been living by… isn’t actually yours?
We explore how your self-concept quietly creates your reality, what Judaism and Kabbalah teach about identity and the soul, and how neuroscience shows that these beliefs can be rewritten.
If you’re ready to become your highest self, this episode will show you where to start.

There’s a quote I’ve been thinking about a lot lately:
A person’s personal growth is directly tied to how much truth they’re willing to face about themselves.
Judaism teaches that real growth comes from emet: truth. Not pretending, not bypassing, not sugar-coating. Honest self-awareness.
Hashem already knows the truth about us. We’re not hiding anything from Him, only from ourselves.
And in Kabbalah, light can only enter where there is a vessel. Truth is what strengthens that vessel.
So if you feel stuck, ask yourself gently:
What truth am I avoiding right now?
Because on the other side of that honesty is clarity, elevation, and real growth.
Discipline isn’t just willpower, it’s a spiritual superpower.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about why the small choices you make every day are actually the way you build emunah, strengthen your connection to Hashem, and become the woman you know you were created to be.
Because discipline isn’t about restriction… it’s about devotion
Judaism teaches that you can truly know a man through three things: his pocket (kis), his cup (kos), and his anger (kaso). In this episode, we unpack this ancient Jewish wisdom and why it’s one of the most powerful frameworks for choosing a partner.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about discernment. If you’ve ever been confused by mixed signals, ignored red flags, or felt unsure whether a man is truly “good,” this episode will give you clarity rooted in Jewish wisdom — not dating trends.
Because the right man doesn’t just say the right things. He reveals himself in these moments.

What if certainty isn’t something you wait for, but something you choose?
In this episode, I’m breaking down the Kabbalistic principle of certainty beyond logic, the kind of faith that doesn’t wait for proof before moving forward. I share how choosing certainty changed my life this year, from leaving my job to starting this podcast, and why trust isn’t passive, it’s devotional action.
We explore what Kabbalah really teaches about certainty, why neuroscience proves it works, and how to return to trust when anxiety shows up. This is an episode for anyone who feels stuck between fear and faith, and is ready to build her next chapter one aligned step at a time.
Certainty first. Evidence later.
