How can we find gratitude when our hearts feel broken?
When we’re grieving, it’s easy to feel as if the world has stopped. Things that once felt important fade into the background, and it may be difficult to see anything but the loss.
Gratitude, shifts our perspective. It helps us remember that while something precious is gone, not EVERYTHING is gone. There are still things and people in our lives that bring comfort and connection, no matter how small.
In this conversation, let’s explore how gratitude can be woven into your grieving process, not as a way to dismiss your pain, but as a way to hold it with a little more grace.
At the end, I'll offer a ThoughtWork Practice and writing exercise that will support you in the journey.
I hope this resonates with you in some way. Take what you need, and take good care.
