Kim “KC” Campbell is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, A-10 Warthog pilot, Distinguished Flying Cross recipient, bestselling author, and keynote speaker.

She served more than 24 years as a combat aviator and senior leader, logging 1,800 hours in the A-10 Warthog, including over 100 combat missions protecting troops on the ground in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In 2003, after her jet was hit by a surface-to-air missile over Baghdad and lost all hydraulics, she flew and landed the battle-damaged Warthog using manual reversion, one of the rarest feats in A-10 history, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism.

Kim is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where she served as Cadet Wing Commander, Marshall Scholar, and former Director of the Center for Character and Leadership Development, and she now helps leaders and teams build courage, trust, and high performance under pressure.

She is the author of Flying in the Face of Fear: A Fighter Pilot’s Lessons on Leading with Courage.

Capt. Elmer “Royce” Williams is a retired U.S. Navy aviator and Medal of Honor recipient.

On Nov. 18, 1952, flying an F9F-5 Panther from USS Oriskany, Lt. Williams fought a legendary 35-minute solo dogfight against seven Soviet MiG-15s. He shot down four, returned with his plane riddled by 263 holes, and protected Task Force 77. The full story stayed classified for decades.

Originally awarded the Silver Star, his decoration was upgraded to the Navy Cross (2023) and the Medal of Honor (Feb. 24, 2026, at age 100).

He is the last living Korean War Medal of Honor recipient.

A true American hero whose skill and courage under impossible odds continue to inspire.
