After a big win against BYU at Autzen Stadium, Dan Lanning will attempt to take his team's success on the road to Pullman, WA for the Pac-12 opener with the Cougars of Washington State. If the defense is able to play as well as they did against BYU despite the #2 corner slot appearing to be a revolving door, the Ducks will be in a great position to come back to Eugene 1-0 in conference play.

Spencer and Max conclude with their predictions for the game against a 3-0 WSU team that's also feeling confident two weeks removed from a win @ #19 Wisconsin. The Cougars deserve credit for winning at Camp Randall, but the underlying numbers from that game indicate that if Oregon can avoid self-inflicted wounds they could walk away with a comfortable win.
