Going through a growth phase, whether it's moving to a new city or pivoting to start your own business, can be hard. But this too shall pass.

You say year after year that you're going to do this project (remodel your bathroom, host a fundraiser, start a blog, etc.) but you never actually do it. Yep. Me too. But I finally did it and I'm here to share how I used these 5 steps to finally get my ass to finish my own dream project. Today is episode 31! I'm 31 so this is sort of my golden episode if that was a thing, HA! But it made me realize, I've been doing a podcast episode, every week, for 31 weeks. What?! 31 weeks!? I couldn't believe that this podcast had come this far, despite even saying that "I could never do a podcast" just a year before starting my own. When was the last time you stopped at looked back at everything you've accomplished? If you're very goal driven like I am, it can be really easy to always look ahead at the next goal, the next finish line, and not acknowledge the milestones you've just passed or even the finish line you just crossed! It's not selfish or vane to be proud of yourself, so be proud damnit! I'm proud of this podcast, the community its built, and of you. 

Our story, what we've been through and have overcome, can inspire and change the life of someone we haven't even met! I've learned in the past few years that the power of storytelling can be strong, beautiful, create a community, and so much more! And yes, that goes for even lil ol' you. Your story is important and deserves to be shared, and in this episode, I'll tell you why.
