Brett Lloyd is a Meat RX coach down 116 pounds using a LCHF and Carnivore diet. Brett suffered with Mental illness, major anxiety and depression for decades. Now with 3 years on a strict Carnivore diet he has reversed all mental illness, off all medications and uses his expertise to help others do the same. He uses keto and carnivore approaches to lead his clients to a healthier more abundant life. Brett leads a weekly mental health group and weekly addiction group on MeatRx.

Bretts story is both heartbreaking and soo inspirational its more evidence that if we  are just given the right tools and fuel for our bodies we can truly heal our bodies and minds through nutrition and lifestyle.
