In episode 53, I'm kick starting my (wellness for dummies) hormone health series. A subject I'm recently very curious and pasisonate about. This episode is a short and easy listen! focusing on three key hormones: melatonin, cortisol, and estrogen. As a student of the Women's Hormone Health Practitioner course, I look forward to deepen my understanding of how these hormones impact our lives and sharing them here on the pod. xx

I'm back with another episode, and this time I was a guest on my girlfriend's podcast, "MYLSD.DOSE," which is all about being your highest self. They invited me to chat with them about the importance of awakening our feminine energy and balancing both masculine and feminine energies. Since I'm incredibly passionate about hormone health and wellbeing, this topic was a great way to jumpstart the next phase of my podcast.

In this episode, I'm sharing my thoughts on being friends with an ex. We'll explore the importance of communication and respecting boundaries, and I'll discuss why staying close to an ex-partner could potentially harm your overall well-being if you're not mindful and intentional with your choice.
I also had the privilage to interview Sunny Gill (my ex boyfriend!) who I have a beautiful realtionship with today. You'll be able to hear his own personal journey and shares invaluable insights on how he got to where he is today. He talks about overcoming depression and how his commitment to fitness and physical health has helped him become the brilliant, confident and successful person he is today. He also shares how he learned to prioritize himself and his personal growth towards the end of our relationship, as well as his experience of navigating challenging family business dynamics. He talks about how he transformed his relationship with his father through his own personal growth (this part made me so happy)
