The Little Dum Dum Club with Tommy & Karl

This week we're joined by DAVE THORNTON and BEN LOMAS! We give our potential new theme song it's first proper spin at the start of the episode and gauge our guests' reaction to it. Karl's been writing roast jokes and we all try to work out How'd He Get That, Dave's just back from Bali, and Tommy's getting ready to go to Vietnam. Will he get a job as a cruise ship comedian or will his boat get rammed to pieces? One thing's for sure: Comedyyyyy!

This week we're joined by MEL BUTTLE and NICK CODY! Cody's been busted in 7-11 by Chandler on the way to the podcast, Karl's been getting strange e-mails which may tell us a little too much about his Google history, and we try our darnedest to get Mel to give us some show business gossip about herself so that we can make the papers. PLUS the paparazzi, backpacks and family holidays!

We're back on Zoom to hang out with out-of-town superpals GEN FRICKER and GARETH REYNOLDS! We have grand plans for this episode but they all get derailed once Gen and Gareth latch on to the detail of a young Karl Chandler owning a filing cabinet. You'll learn about the origins of the filing cabinet, the motivation behind buying the filing cabinet, what happened to the key to the filing cabinet, and where the filing cabinet is now. And that's it! Enjoy! You love it.

This week we're joined by TOM BALLARD and DANIELLE WALKER, as we audition for a new theme song! Could this be the start of a new era for The Little Dum Dum Club? Will we get enough other submissions to start our own theme song Battle of the Bands? We also get updates from Karlchella 2023 and of course, we dive even further into the Danielle Walker set list as we hear about dog food, prank phone calls and belly dancers. PLUS in Talkin' Dum Dum, Tommy's announcing a new bootleg operation.

This week we're joined by two of our favourite comedy bozos NICK CAPPER and KYLE LEGACY! Tommy's gone digging for some dirt on Legacy and struck gold as we hear about Kyle and Brett Blake trying to out-prank each other, as well as (TW: disgusting) way too many details about Kyle's sex life. Also, Capper's wedding is on the horizon! Tommy's crowdfunding ideas for his outfit and Karl's offering input for the speeches. PLUS: someone's vomited in a pool!

This week we're taking our shoes off at the door with BEN KNIGHT and LEHMO! We notice something different about Ben Knight so we get right into the world of male pattern baldness, hair transplants and all sorts of other cosmetic surgeries. PLUS Karl's back from a family holiday to Phuket where he's eaten a fish curry on the side of the road and what happens next WILL SHOCK YOU!

This week we're joined by SAM TAUNTON and DAVE O'NEIL! As per usual, Dave's got some absurd gig stories for us including roasting the guests at a birthday party, Sam's been involved in a legal dispute with Australian pop music royalty, Karl's befriended a stranger, Tommy's done a runner from a wedding PLUS we have a hefty update regarding our favourite long-delayed comedy gig.

It's part two of our raucous takeover of The Outpost in Brisbane with guests TOM BALLARD, HARLEY BREEN & BRETT BLAKE! We hit the ground running by taste testing some fresh Coke, Harley's got witnesses for his wedding gift to Karl, Tom and Tommy have been to Toowoomba, Karl has some potentially life-changing news and Brett tries to tell a story about a music festival. Plus all the positivity and warmth that you'd expect from a bunch of mates getting together :)

We're back in Brisbane for the first of our big double live episodes with ROSS NOBLE, LAWRENCE MOONEY and PETER HELLIAR! Things get loose right from the jump as a listener hands us prescription medication and we do our best to end the careers of all of our guests. Lawrence has done a gig for the beef association, Ross owns a tank, and Pete's begging to go back into the jungle. PLUS we try to bait Mooney into teeing off about a list of the Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time and learn way too much about giraffes.

It's a late night special this week with LUKE HEGGIE and ADAM ROZENBACHS! Heggie comes in hot with a list of Perth bugbears, Tommy's finally got a backstory for his fake surname, we get Chando's Day on a Plate, Rozie's been sleepwalking, PLUS we grill Heggie about his recent appearance at one of the toughest sounding gigs of all time.
