Whilst being in lockdown we’re finding that we’re spending more time with family members we may not usually spend time with and less time with partners and friends. This is a real test of our relationships and learning to forgive is a crucial part of maintaining strong connections. This week the Dope Black Women discuss what forgiveness means to them, how they deal with making apologies and how letting go of the past brings them peace in the present.
The Dope Black Women Podcast is all about bringing black women together to discuss the topics that matter to us, connect and support with each other and through our digital sisterhood.
Your hosts are: Leanne Levers, Roshan Roberts and Olivia Cope.

Why can't serial cheaters stand being cheated on? Why don't more men take shared parental leave? Why do men remember football fixtures and not birthdays? As a follow on from last week's conversation where we asked the women, we're turning the tables and by asking questions to some of our Dope Black Dads that women from our Dope Black Network have always wanted to be answered.
This week Marvyn is joined by Darwood Grace, Chris Becks, Dare Dario and Carina White.

Every few months old anti-black, sometimes colourist tweets get exposed from people who we admire in the industry. These tweets tend to be 8+ years old and this week some black women came under fire, whom we really respect. Internet personality Zeze Millz, who has also be subject to backlash through trolling, joins the Dope Black Women to discuss why cancel culture is so rife on Black Twitter, where this stems from, and why black women receive considerably more backlash then black men, and what we can do to move past this.

What are your expectations of black men? Do you empower your man? How would you deal with having a partner with opposing political/social views? Do you believe in shared fiances? This week Marvyn is joined by a group of Dope Black Women, Leanne Levers, Dominique Samuels, Janelle and Nkechi to continue the conversation around whether women's empowerment is silencing men's voices. They also answer a selection of questions from the Dope Black Dads group.
