"There are some really positive masculine values, like loyalty and wanting to protect people who may be less fortunate or weaker than yourself, but I think we often gravitate more towards this showy, alpha version of masculinity that feels like a shortcut. You can look like the alpha man, but are you actually living like the alpha man? Are you actually living a life that is consistent with what you care about?"
