Que the 80’s song…Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting. You guessed it, on today’s episode we’re talking all about fighting with our spouses. Meg had some friends coming to town so a honey-do list was created for her husband. At the top of the list, paint a piece of furniture (yes, we all go a little crazy preparing for company). You’ll probably relate as you listen to how this fight went downhill fast.
But after almost 20 years of marriage for both of us, we’ve learned some things along the way and share it with you. Do we go to bed angry? Do we fight in front of our kids? What are a few ways to diffuse a fight before it really begins? This episode will have you laughing and running for a notepad to jot down nuggets of great info for your marriage (or any relationship). And don’t miss the end when Meg learns a little more from her fight about painting furniture. It will encourage anyone who is feeling defeated, impatient or if things aren’t going quite as planned.

Good gracious, we love our guest this week. Our friend, Cintia Listanbee, is a wife, mom of three world changers (what a great description!) and journalist who grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She’s a public speaker with a heart to spread hope, motivate others to start where they are and make progress towards a healthier life.
No doubt you will be inspired by Cintia’s words today and walk away challenged in many areas of life. This woman oozes wisdom and takes time to talk to us about her heritage, the realities of racism in America and how diversity is so beautiful. We all have the power to make a positive difference around us. You will be motivated to find new friends that are different from you and teach your children how to value all people. Her passion to love and serve those around her is the reminder we all need today.

The Megs are in vacay mode! Spring break is upon us so today’s episode is full of the best and worst of their family vacations. There is no shortage of laughs as they each share a family trip that didn’t go as planned. Spoiler alert: one of The Megs almost has a bathroom accident on the jet bridge of the airplane and one is rethinking her love for outdoor adventures.
They cover it all from Pine Cove camps in Texas to the Grand Canyon and all the way to Cancun! We hope you enjoy it as they reminisce about vacations...errrr... maybe vacations gone wrong. But still sweet memories made along the way with their families. Have a great spring break (maybe with a little less drama than these two!).

Friends, spring is here which means...sunshine, yard work and a little spring cleaning. On today’s episode, The Megs have guest Dominique Caskey on to talk all things organization. She is a master organizer and owner of Neat Method Houston. Neat Method is the largest home organizing company in the nation, with over 75 locations across the US and Canada.
Dominique dives right in by helping Meg with her storage challenge and offers tips for working with small spaces. Think Vertical! She also walks The Megs through 4 steps to organizing any space. Do you have trouble deciding what to keep, toss or donate? No worries because Neat Method has a process for you to make it easy and less overwhelming. They also talk about the most requested space in the home...the pantry! No doubt we all could use some tips on keeping it put together. You can tell Dominique is not only passionate about her work, but she also really loves to organize (and we really love how she geeks out over it on the episode!).
We promise you will walk away with so many helpful tips on this organizing palooza episode! It’ll definitely get you in the mood to make your home feel more like a haven.

Meg springs a last minute idea on Megan and convinces her to do this episode! It starts off reminiscing about family dinner times when they were young and how it compares to now with their own kids. Moms, no judgment here on dinner selections because you’ll hear what The Megs fed their kids last night. #bestmomaward #maybenot
The conversation shifts gears and Meg takes a few minutes to make some funny confessions about herself and then shares how she’s been having some crazy dreams about waves, floods, anchors and wheat fields. Maybe it was the spicy chili she ate or some deeper meaning behind what’s waking her up. But the curiosity of her dreams led her to read a little in the book of Daniel. You’ll get a good laugh as The Megs recap the first few chapters of this book in the bible and learn a few life lessons along the way. And don’t miss the end when these mamas squeeze the good this week!

The Megs kick off the episode chatting about some favorite TV couples. Meg has been stuck watching too many Disney kid shows and Megan went all the way back to the 90’s to pick her favorite. They also admit some shows they’ve watched lately that have brought on a good cry.
But then they get a little more vulnerable and share some ugly cry moments they’ve both had this week. A random act of vandalism and some personal insecurities brought on the tears. Megan also shares her own past journey with depression and how she is able to recognize the difference between a funk mood and depression. They wrap it all up by chatting about the importance of self care and how that might look different for everyone.
Even in our worst moods and moments, Megan and Meg are quick to remind us, we can always find something good, someway, somehow. We are definitely squeezing the good out of this episode.

Oh Valentine’s Day, we love you! This episode is a little zesty, a lot of funny and sure to leave you thinking about the ones you love. The Megs talk about Valentine’s Day gifts for the kiddos and the spouses, which leads into an amazing conversation about...you guessed it, sex. They talk all about a couples intimacy app (get your mind out of the gutter, it’s appropriate) and how it helps remind you to love your special person.
A few other highlights from the episode include a funny story about having “the talk” with your kids, how they each fell in love with their husbands and that time Megan wanted to break up with Ben but he rejected the offer. The Megs also chat about the book The Five Love Languages and how it’s helped their marriages over the years and the relationship with their children too.
This episode is sure to put you in a lovey-dovey mood. So go download the app, figure out your love language and have an amazing Valentine’s Day with the people you love most!

The Megs are a bit clueless (that may be an understatement) when it comes to the Super Bowl. So they invite guest Rich Johnson to the episode for some help. He’s a friend, part of The Megs Podcast team and a football expert.
Things get funny and a little competitive as Megan and Meg answer questions about the Super Bowl past and present. Some of their answers leave Rich speechless, while other answers make him double over in laughter.
They talk trivia, halftime shows, recipes and more. This episode is sure to boost your football confidence and leave you feeling like you’re the newest ESPN sports anchor. Well, maybe not. But we hope you get a good laugh and walk away with at least one new piece of football knowledge so you can hold your own at the Super Bowl party this year.

Listen. If there is one episode with the most embarrassing story, this is probably the one. The episode begins with Meg sharing her epic spray tan story gone waaaay wrong. But sometimes laughing at yourself is therapeutic for an embarrassed heart. They also dive into favorite shows they’re binge watching right now, potty training woes and stress eating realities. They’re not the only ones who grab the leftover Taco Bell on a bad day, right? But you’ll enjoy their few suggestions for a healthier way to combat stress eating.
The Megs wrap it up with a new twist to the end of their episodes called “It’s time to squeeze the good.” They each share one thing they’re loving right now. Meg’s is something yummy and Megan’s is a proud mom moment earlier in the week. Hopefully it inspires you to squeeze the good out of today too!
