Now a real estate agent, Alison used to work in the wedding industry where she found herself job hopping after 1.5 years in every job. She worked for an event rental company, a caterer, two venues, destination management, and more. After she never really found true joy in any of her jobs and she got burnt out with the weddings and the nature of the wedding industry.
