The Metaphysical Hour with Julia Cannon and Tracie Mahan and Question Master Tiffanny

Glitches, Guides, and the Wisdom Within
Julia Cannon, Tracie Mahan, and Triffany explore energetic shifts, inner knowing, animal transition, timelines, grounding, dream messages, soul recognition, and the importance of using discernment while connecting with universal wisdom.

Opening the Grid and Trusting Inner Knowing

In this episode of The Metaphysical Hour, Julia Cannon, Tracie Mahan, and Triffany open with a warm check-in, technical “glitch in the matrix” humor, birthday wishes for Julia’s parents, and reflections on shifting energies now that retrograde has ended. Julia invites listeners around the world to “light up” their part of the grid by connecting through the heart, while also reminding them to use discernment. The corrected transcript notes that spiritual beliefs, metaphysical claims, timelines, animal transition, healing, and energetic guidance are preserved as speaker commentary rather than verified factual claims.

Everyone Has Access to the Field

Julia and Tracie explain that the show is not meant to function as a psychic hotline, but as a demonstration of how anyone can tap into universal knowing. Julia describes an inner “Geiger counter” that helps people sense what resonates, while Tracie says it is often easier to receive answers for someone else because there is less personal attachment. As listeners check in from around the world, the hosts emphasize that each person already has access to infinite wisdom within themselves and does not need to place anyone else on a pedestal.

Animals, Group Souls, and Loving Transition

The first major listener question asks whether animals transition in the way Julia’s grandmother described. Julia explains her mother’s teaching that animals come from a group soul, but that loving relationships with humans help pets individualize and evolve. Tracie adds that people often report being greeted by beloved animals after crossing over, which she interprets as evidence that pets can become loved ones who remain available in spirit. The hosts also describe animals as healing companions who can sense where energy is needed and offer comfort through their presence.

Soul Aspects, Timelines, and the New Earth Path

The conversation expands from animals into soul aspects, group consciousness, timelines, and the idea that multiple versions of a soul may exist in different experiences at once. Tracie describes healing as something that can move back to the origin of a timeline, resolving ancestral karma and helping complete the purpose of this version of reality. Julia connects this to her mother’s work, including The Convoluted Universe, and says this lifetime is deeply important because it supports the fifth-dimensional or New Earth timeline. Rather than seeing difficult lives as wasted, the hosts frame them as experiences gathered into the whole.

Staying Grounded Around Negativity

A listener named Mary asks how to remain grounded, live in peace, and keep negativity from affecting the heart. Tracie advises turning off avoidable sources of negativity, such as news that only creates anger, while asking deeper questions when the negativity is unavoidable or close to home. Julia adds that repeating patterns may be lessons the soul is trying to make sure the person fully understands. The hosts suggest asking what the experience is teaching, what role one may be playing in another person’s growth, and how changing the way a situation is viewed can shift its vibration.

Sleep Messages, Writing, and Dream Experiences

Another listener asks about waking up with names, phrases, or unusual messages such as “earth modulation.” Tracie encourages writing these messages down, noting that sleep states may involve other experiences, lessons, or information trying to come through consciously. Julia suggests beginning with the phrase itself and letting automatic or intuitive writing expand the message. The hosts also discuss dreams as possible extensions of other experiences, metaphoric messages for the current life, transformation symbols, dress rehearsals for the next day, and multidimensional activities that become partly available when the conscious mind is asleep.

Soul Recognition, Romance, and Self-Love

The final major question focuses on feeling romantically drawn to someone who does not reciprocate. Julia suggests that the initial spark may be soul recognition from another time, but that the person may not be meant to play the same role in this lifetime. Tracie adds that attraction can also reveal rejection, abandonment, or self-worth patterns that need healing. Both hosts guide the listener toward self-love, free will, and walking away when the connection is not reciprocal or no longer serves growth. The episode closes with resources for QHHT, Soul Speak, and Tracie’s work, followed by gratitude to Triffany, Tracie, and the audience.

Julia Cannon carries on the work of her mother, Dolores Cannon, who authored 19 Books (so far) and was a Past-Life Regressionist and Hypnotherapist who specialized in the recovery and cataloging of Lost Knowledge. Dolores is widely acknowledged as a leading authority on Nostradamus and considered the World's Foremost Expert on his Prophecies. She passed to the next realm in Oct, 2014 and now continues to work and inspire from beyond the veil. Dolores' powerful method, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), was developed over the last 50 years as her technique to not only unlock the Lost Knowledge captured in her books but also to provide amazing and life changing physical, spiritual and emotional healing to her personal clients. Her method is still being taught by Julia and through a series of online classes that Dolores developed before her passing and is in use by over 5,000 practitioners around the globe today.. Julia, a renowned author in her own right (Soul Speak) continues to run the company's publishing, academy and media businesses in addition to bringing Dolores' vision of the Cannon University of Metaphysical Studies into reality.
