In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we are building on last week's speed endurance session with 6, 5, 4 mins of running, repeated in reverse (4, 5, and finishing with 6 mins) all off 2 mins recovery.
Focus on patience, discipline and courage this week......oh, and I keep saying its Seth Rice, when actually it's Declan Rice....that's age for you......
Recording went awry during the stretches, but thanks to the wonders of modern technology, I've plugged in last week's stretches instead, hence the chat about the heat!
