The Misery Machine

This week, Drewby and Yergy take a trip to the Kabukicho District of Tokyo, a bustling nightlife hub known for it's host and hostess clubs - a largely Japanese phenomena. We review the case of Yuka Takaoka, who became infamous on the internet and became known as as a "real life yandere" by her fans. Find out what this means and more!

Newry is a small skiing village in Western Maine with a population of less than 500 people. What happened here at a local bed and breakfast in September of 2006 would have been heinous in any part of the world, but here nobody could have even imagined it to be possible.

Thank you all so much for your request - you asked, and we listened! This week, Yergy and Drewby take a trip south to Baltimore to review the case of Joe Metheny. Was Joe a brutal serial killer? Yes. Was he operating alone and being protected by people way more powerful than him? Find out. We also get to answer the question if he was actually serving up his victims in roast beef sandwiches to his coworkers.
