The 8 limbs of yoga are mentioned often in the modern yoga world. Especially if you've studied in yoga teacher training. But often, you're probably exploring only the very surface of this.
The contextualization is missing. In this episode, our (repeat) guest Prasad Rangnekar dives deep into not only giving us a clear context of the 8 limbs in the grand scheme of yoga. But he clarifies how to move through the 8 limbs as a modern-day practitioner.
Whether you think you know the 8 limbs of yoga or not, this conversation will be enriching.
